Prior to establishing Richard Every Architect Ltd, Richard has over 13 years experience in professional practice working on a wide range of projects for prestigious clients: including large residential developments for private and national housebuilders; office and sortation/distribution centres for large retail companies and supermarket and retail park developments.

Quinquennial Inspections, Surveys and Reports
We are on the approved list of architects for the Diocese of Blackburn providing Quinquennial Inspections. We develop a strong relationship with church wardens and the PCC to assist with ongoing or preventative maintenance and projects including reordering, refurbishment and furniture.
3D Imagery
Looking for 3D Architectural Rendering Services? You may be a developer looking to market your scheme or assist potential buyers in making an informed choice. You may require a 3d visual, internal or external or even a streetscape to assist with a planning application. You may be looking to re plan your kitchen , bathroom or simply visualize how a space could look before you commence work on your project.
Richard Every Architect Ltd can create 3D Renderings or 3D Rendered Floor Plans. We simply work off CAD files so we can help you wherever you may be located. Utilising REVIT we can develop a 2d Autocad plan and elevation into a 3d model.

Are you looking for assistance with marking up drawings? Do you need electrical or fire detection layouts, zoning plans, site plans for land registry?
We simply work off CAD files so we can help you wherever you may be located. You provide the drawings in AutoCad and we will mark them up.
